Subscription Terms
Dramelo VIP is an auto-renewing subscription purchased in the Android app through Google Play. These terms explain the current plans, benefits, charges, and cancellation process.

Plans and prices
- Weekly VIP: US$19.99 for each one-week subscription period.
- Yearly VIP: US$199.99 for each one-year subscription period.
The two plans have the same benefits and differ only in the subscription period and price. There is no free trial. The Google Play purchase screen shows the final amount and currency charged to your account before you confirm.

Purchase and automatic renewal
Your subscription begins when Google Play confirms the purchase, and the first payment is charged at that time. Unless you cancel before the next renewal, Google Play automatically charges the applicable weekly or yearly price at the start of each new period. The Google Play checkout displays the billing date, price, currency, and renewal frequency before purchase. Dramelo does not take card details on this website.
How to cancel
Open Google Play subscription management, select Dramelo, and choose Cancel subscription. You can also manage it in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling Dramelo or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your VIP benefits normally continue until the end of the period already paid for, unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the next billing date.
Refunds and questions
Cancellation does not ordinarily refund the current paid period. For refund eligibility and the request process, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Questions about a purchase or entitlement can be sent to cs@drameloapp.com; include your account email and Google Play order number, but no card number or verification code.
